Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Ploom Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
